Portfolio Manager

Your role will be to grow the portfolio, creating trust and building a sustainable relationship with our Landlords is key. You’re responsible for managing the account of our current landlords and making sure that the communication with them is warm and professional, to ensure a long term partnership. This also means creating, improving, and updating the profiles of our biggest potential clients in the area. New marketing development strategies should be made and implemented to further improve the share that the company holds in the market. You are a born salesman, have a commercial mindset, take on responsibilities and are capable of leading the Sales team. You know your way around different software and systems to keep track of data.

What do we expect from you?

  • Create and improve the sales strategy to generate more leads and also secure more properties
  • Organise and hold viewings with potential guests.
  • Meet and negotiate with new and existing landlords and property owners.
  • Communicate with potential guests and answer any and all questions or enquiries.
  • You are a proactive team player and leader
  • You have a bold attitude and are not afraid of taking responsibility.

Minimum experience, education & skill requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a business management related field
  • Full Professional Proficiency in English and Dutch.
  • You have 3 or more years of experience within property sales and business administration
  • You are communicative.
  • You are persuasive.
  • You are independent.
  • Must be open to flexible work hours.
  • Must have a driver’s license.
  • You must have the ability to lead a team.
