Internship Logistics & Field Operations
We are looking for a Logistics intern for our field operations department, in order to grow the company and work towards success. Are you interested in developing your personal and professional skills? Are you up for a challenge? Then this might be a match.

Goal of the position:
The Mission of Field Operations is to make the end to end experience of every Guest as enjoyable, memorable and hassle free as possible. Field operations does so by providing the properties with all the furniture and utilities that a home would usually provide. We would like our guests to feel a sense of belonging, home, and happiness.
You will communicate with other departments to arrange the accommodations, keep on track with our inventory and solve enquiries our guests have regarding this topic as quickly as possible by using all resources as required. This also means creating, improving, and updating work processes and procedures so work can be done more effectively and efficiently. You are organised, flexible and able to maintain a clean and safe warehouse.
During the internship, you will work on creating your own learning plan and are given the opportunity to work on a personal project. Together with the team, you'll arrange the best quality product for a reasonable pricing for the new homes of our guests.
What do we expect from you?
- You keep track of our inventory and keep the administration up to date.
- You support the head of the department with arranging utilities, providing furniture and with terminating
- contracts.
- You handle any enquiries or questions the team receives.
- You are proactive and a team player.
- You have a bold attitude and are not afraid of taking responsibility
Minimum experience, education & skill requirements:
- Currently studying facility management, logistics or other relevant fields at bachelors or masters level.
- Full-time internship, 40 hours a week, for at least 5 months.
- Full Professional Proficiency in English and Dutch.
- Some experience within logistics or facility management.
- You are communicative.
- You are organised.
- You are accurate.
