UTRECHT – A comfortable studio in the city center

This fully furnished studio is located at Biltstraat. It will take you just a 10 minutes bike ride to reach the main station. If you’re studying at University, you will walk about 10 minutes to get to the campus! There are lots of shops, restaurants, and bars within a few minute's walking and a supermarket is only 100m away.

The Studio:
The studio is located on the 2nd floor. Open the front door to a comfortable atmosphere where you will find everything you need to live in Utrecht. At first, you will see the kitchen with all the appliances such as microwave, oven, washing machine, hob, and kettle. In the bathroom, you will find a shower, a sink, and a toilet.
In the private living/sleeping area, you can sit at the foldable bamboo table complete with two matching chairs. There is some space for storage within the room and there is a smart 4k television. The box-spring bed comes with towels and bedsheets.

Payments:
Rent: Advertised rent excluding including service cost
Service cost: €170 per month
Security deposit: equal to one month’s rent including service cost
One-time administration fee: €299
Not Included: Gas/electricity/heating/municipality taxes

Rental conditions:
The apartment is fully furnished.
Every bedroom is suitable for one person
Registration is POSSIBLE
No rental allowance is available
Even though we love puppies and kittens, it's not possible to have animals in the accommodation

We offer a service where you are free to switch between our accommodations within one month of checking in. This will only be possible if we have other accommodations available within our portfolio and this might result in a different price.

Check-in/Check-outs:
Check-in/check-out appointments can be carried out from Monday till Friday between 10 AM & 5 PM and Friday till 4 PM. Normally, it is not possible to check in on weekends or on commonly recognized public holidays in the Netherlands.

After reading this I can imagine that you are halfway into packing your suitcases. Don't forget to pack your toothbrush! We've got you a towel, we've got you freshly made bed but sadly enough, no toothbrushes. We didn't know what color you liked.
