Our company

University Housing is a housing rental company for international students & expats run by a young, fun & diverse group of people. We make sure to deliver a hassle-free stay so that our tenants can make memories & experiences in the country they have come to.

We rent out more than 200 properties in different Dutch cities, while our main office is located in Utrecht. Our properties which include apartments, studios and private rooms in shared apartments are fully furnished. They are equipped with everything you need for your comfortable stay, so that you just have to bring your clothes and toothbrush and move in!
